Doris Jean Eddleman

Doris Jean Eddleman has been actively involved with real estate for 24 years and now has 11 licensed agents working in her office.

She was born and reared in Hooks, Texas, received a BS from East Texas State in Commerce, and a MS from TWU in Denton. She taught P. E. and English for 30 years --- the last 25 years with the Graham ISD. She retired from teaching in 1994 and has been working full-time in real estate in the Graham area.

Her husband, Ronald Eddleman, a Young County native, taught Vocational Agriculture for 33 years - his last 28 years with Newcastle ISD. Her sons, Jim Bob and Don Ed, were reared in Newcastle and Graham.

John Paclik

John Paclik has maintained his real estate license for over 25 years on a part time basis, working afternoons and weekends. He has worked 32 years for the USDA Natural Resource and Conservation Service, and plans to pursue real estate full time after retirement in the future. John graduated from Gainesville High School and received his BS degree for Texas A&M University in 1974 majoring in Range Management and minoring in Wildlife Science.

John’s wife Shelley, also of Gainesville, graduated from Angelo State University with a degree in Fine Arts. She is library aide at Graham High School. Both daughters, Ashley and Meghan graduated from Graham High School and Texas A&M respectively. Ashley presently resides in Marfa, Texas and Meghan is attending graduate school at ATM.

John enjoys raising show lambs and teaching 4-H plant judging teams.

Teresa Matney
Agent

Teresa Matney has been actively involved in real estate for the past 18 years. She is a Graham native and a graduate of Graham HIgh School and attended Midwestern University. Teresa is married to Jr. Matney who is the postmaster at Olney. The have one son, Scott, who is an attorney at Jenkins and Gilcrest law firm in Houston. She is the proud grandmother of 2 granddaughters, Madeleine and Mia. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, raising and showing llamas, riding her horse and kayaking.

Chet Creel

Young County native, Chet Creel is a 2005 graduate of Texas A&M University's Lowry Mays College of Business. While at TAMU, Chet pursued not only a degree in Agricultural Business but also his real estate license from Champion's School of Real Estate.

Chet spends time outside the office working his and his family's farming and cattle operations. Jr. Matney has had his real estate license for 18 years. He is native of Wilbarger County. Jr. graduated from Northside HIgh School and attended MIdwestern University. He spent 6 years in Army National Guard. He is currently the postmaster of Olney, Texas and has spent 32 years working for the postal service. He is currently a part-time realtor and plans on selling real estate full time when he retires. He has been married to Teresa for 36 years and they have one son Scott who is an attorney for Jenkins and Gilcrest in Houston, Texas. He is grandpa to Madeleine 4 years and Mia 2 years. Jr. enjoys golf, playing with his granddaughters, and water sports.
