Stacy Riley is the Broker & Owner of Eddleman-Riley Real Estate.
Stacy was born & raised in Young County, she is a graduate of Graham High School, and has an Associates of Science Degree in Psychology from Midland College. She has 2 teenagers, Leighton & Lexis. Stacy began working on her career in real estate in Midland, Texas in 2000. In 2001, after moving to the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, she was encouraged to interview & associate herself with Ebby Halliday REALTORS, which was the #1 Independently Owned Real Estate Corporation in Texas, and also rated 17th in the Country, at that time. Stacy says that was the best decision she could have made for her future in real estate. The experience & knowledge she gained from the years working with Ebby Halliday are priceless. Stacy believes the knowledge & education that she acquired through "Ebby" lead her to become the Real Estate Professional she is today. In January 2004, after moving back to Graham, Doris Eddleman, a longtime friend, asked Stacy to join her company, Eddleman Real Estate. Doris & Stacy worked together diligently for 3 1/2 years building a strong, reputable real estate clientele & business. In 2007, with many years of experience behind her, Stacy decided it was time to move forward with her goals. That decision lead her to obtain a Real Estate Broker's License. Then in May 2010, Stacy was asked to return to Eddleman Real Estate as a Partner & the Managing Broker after Doris was diagnosed with cancer. Sadly in January 2011, Doris passed away. Stacy was then offered the opportunity to purchase the business. Stacy will continue the hard work & dedication that Doris began over 26 years ago. Teresa Matney has been a licensed real estate agent for 22 years. Teresa is a Graham native and a graduate of Graham High School and attended Midwestern University. She is married to Jr. Matney who is a retired postmaster at Olney and also a real estate agent. They have one son, Scott, who is an attorney at Hunton-Williams in Houston and 2 granddaughters Madeliene and Mia. Teresa enjoys spending her spare time with friends and family, raising and training show llamas and riding her horse. She also enjoys kayaking and boating and is a member of First Methodist Church, Young County TDW, Graham Regional Hospital Auxiliary, and a board member of the Humane Society of Young County.

Jr. Matney has had his Real Estate License for 22 years. He is a native of Wilbarger County and graduated from Northside Vernon High School and attended Midwestern University. He spent 6 years in the Army National Guard. Jr. retired from the United States Postal Service with 33 years of service, 21 years as clerk in Graham, 8 years as Supervisor in Graham, and 4 years as Postmaster of Olney, TX. He has been married to Teresa for 39 years and they have one son, Scott, who is an attorney at Hunton - Williams Law Firm in Houston, and grand-daughters, Madeliene (8 years) and Mia (5 years). Jr. enjoys time with his grand-daughters, golf, camping, and water sports.

John Paclik joins the staff full time after his recent retirement. He retired from the Natural Resource and Conservation Service, after completing a career of 36+ years. John graduated from Gainesville High School and received his BS degree from Texas A&M University majoring in Range Management with a minor in Wildlife Science.
John's wife Shelley, also graduated from GHS, and received a Fine Arts degree from Angelo State University. She is a library aid at Graham High School. Both daughters, Ashley and Meghan, graduated from Graham High School and Texas A&M respectively. Ashley and husband, Cody, reside south of Alpine and she is office manager for Capital Farm Credit, they have one child, Hallie. Meghan and husband Taylor, live just outside of Chico and she teaches at Jacksboro Jr. High School.
